These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rivvia sales careers website at rivviasales.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by Rivvia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Rivvia

Rivvia is a direct-to-consumer sales organization that recruits and supports independent sales representatives to sell fiber internet and related services in markets across the United States. Through the Site, we share information about career opportunities, our sales programs, incentive structures, training, and company culture.

The Site also references related Rivvia products and services, including the KnockVia sales platform and the Rivvia online store at rivvia.shop.

Recruiting and Employment

Information on the Site about commissions, incentives, earnings, markets, and career growth is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of employment or a guarantee of income, placement, or specific results.

• Submitting a "Join the Team" application does not create an employment relationship or obligate Rivvia to hire you.
• Sales representatives working with Rivvia typically operate as independent contractors, not employees. Any formal relationship is governed by separate written agreements provided during onboarding.
• Actual earnings depend on individual performance, market conditions, product availability, and other factors outside Rivvia's control.
• Incentive programs such as Golden Door, Members Only, and Out of Office are subject to their own qualification criteria and may change at Rivvia's discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our prior written consent
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm Rivvia, its team members, or other users

Intellectual Property
